Where's my order?
If you have not recieved your order after the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us info@rozenthal.lv.
We also advise to contact your local post office with the tracking number you recieved. Sometimes there's issues with delivery address and they will be able to help you the best.
Materials & care
Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes, all Rozenthal jewelry is handmade, there may be slight differences that make each piece unique.
From polishing to glazing and painting with gold - everything is done in our small studio in Riga.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
You can polish your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
Store in a dry environment.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
100% waterproof: We use sustainable 14k gold-filled materials for earring hooks and necklaces. They're completely waterproof, so you don't have to remove your jewelry whenever you shower or go swimming.
Studs are made from 925 sterling silver that can change color over time but you can clean silver jewelry to return its shine.
Water resistant: Hoops are made from gold-plated material. We recommend taking them off when swimming, exercising, or using lotions.
How to clean sterling silver jewelry?
Don't worry if your sterling silver pieces have turned dark! You can clean them with a standard household metal polish and a soft cloth.

Yes, we can if we still have the item in stock. Please email a photo of the earring you have to info@rozenthal.lv and we'll try to help.

No, we do not.
